Register

Please limit your group to no more than 2 sponsors and 15 students so that more groups will have an opportunity to participate!

Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation packet from TxSSC. Until you have received confirmation, you are not considered fully registered. Please contact our office if you do not receive a confirmation packet within 2 weeks of submitting your registration information.

REGISTRATION POLICY: Sponsors are responsible for returning all completed registration forms for their group to TxSSC. Summit registration will not be confirmed until all forms have been received for a group.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Sponsors are responsible for notifying TxSSC of any and all cancellations no later than 7 days prior to the summit. TxSSC reserves the right to charge participating organizations for cancellations, substitutions, on-site replacements and/ or early departures.
